These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vyapargpt Billing ("Vyapargpt", "we", "us", "our") software application and website. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Vyapargpt provides cloud-based GST billing and invoicing software for Indian small businesses. Our platform includes features such as invoice generation, customer management, inventory tracking, project management, financial reporting, and business analytics.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time with reasonable notice to users.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

2.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and password).

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage from unauthorized access due to your failure to protect your credentials.

2.3 Eligibility

By using our service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account and Service Access

Vyapargpt provides its GST billing and invoicing services free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, with notice to users.

4. User Data and Content

4.1 Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the business data you enter into Vyapargpt (customer data, invoices, products, etc.). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.

4.2 Data Backup

While we implement redundant data storage and regular backups, you are encouraged to maintain your own backups of critical business data.

4.3 Data Retention

Your data remains stored even after subscription cancellation or expiry. You can request permanent deletion by contacting our support team.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Vyapargpt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity. Upon termination, your access to the service ceases, but your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

8. Intellectual Property

The Vyapargpt name, logo, application interface, and underlying technology are our intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or proprietary technology.

9. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services including Supabase (database). These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may terminate your account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
